  • Who will work on my property?

    Only trained employees of GL will be allowed to set foot on any customer's property or job site.

  • What type of license do you have?

    We are fully licensed by the state to engage in any and all business practices.

  • Are you insured?

    We are full insured.

  • What type of insurance do you have?

    We carry liability, worker's compensation, and auto insurance in order to protect us and our customers.

  • How do you schedule your clients?

    We schedule our clients on whatever route and timeline you wish to be placed. You like Thursdays at two week intervals? Then that's what you're getting.



  • What type of residential clients do you work for?

    We work for people all around you. Your churches, your neighbors, your stores and much more. We handle everything from small homes to apartment complexes.

  • How will I be quoted?

    All landscapes are quoted by the following:

    • The size of the landscape
    • The options that are chosen
    • The amount of visits per month

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

Maintenance /Lawncare FAQ

  • Do you catch or recycle the clippings?

    We recycle all clippings back into the yard.

  • I don't want my landscaping done on the weekends; can you accommodate me?

    We are more than happy to service your property during the week, we actually prefer it!

  • I'm having an event or party, can you pay special attention at my property

    We are more than happy to handle special requests from any customer.



  • What size mowers do you use?

    We use 60" and 44" Commercial Grade Mowers so we can deliver the best possible service anywhere it is needed.

  • At what height do you cut the lawn?

    We cut all grass at 3". We can accommodate special heights if asked.



  • What if my grass is really tall?

    If your selected area is overgrown and needs to be cut down to be manageable, you will be charged additionally to your regularly quoted rate.

  • Why is mowing at the right height and alternating patterns of cut so important

    This provides healthier grass growth resulting in fuller, thicker grass.



  • Do you provide shrub pruning?

    We provide shrub pruning, removal, and installation.



  • Do you provide commercial grounds maintenance service?

    We provide any form of grounds maintenance for any commercial and residential property.


  • What types of maintenance plans do you have

    Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Seasonal Plans.
